This package is for athletes who'd like to fine tune their basic skills, hone new & advanced skills, and better understand how to read and adjust to game situations. These sessions also include a brief personalized workout designed for the athlete that is sport-specific and catered to her personal performance gaps. And the best part of all, it can be done with your friends! *Pricing is per athlete*
