Recovery Session

1hr - $45

Oftentimes we find that our athletes need a little bit more than some stretching and massage. Frequently we find that there is an opportunity to retrain some old habits. During these sessions, time can be spent enjoying myofascial release or addressing root causes of chronic fatigue. As well as addressing any recovery needs to get athletes ready to get back on the field.

SKILLS SESSION

50 min - $45

*For field hockey, soccer and lacrosse only* This package is for athletes who'd like to fine-tune their basic skills, hone new & advanced skills, and better understand how to read and adjust to game situations. These sessions also include a brief personalized workout designed for the athlete that is sport-specific and catered to her personal performance gaps. And the best part of all, it can be done with your friends!
