Oftentimes we don’t slow down enough to take stock of our emotions. We barrel through each day and then hit a wall. We hoard our feelings and they overflow into anxiety or feelings of being overwhelmed. This week, take time to reflect on how you have felt each day. Do you notice a pattern?
