Guide:
"Mixed" = Videos have more than one variation to the exercise

"Timer" = Timebound exercise (30 seconds, 1 minute, etc) and determine your sets. For example, "4 sets of 30 seconds"

"S&R" = Sets and Reps style exercise. decide on your sets (the number of times you will do the exercises) and reps (the number of repitions in your set). For example, "3 sets of 10 jumping jacks"
