What is Cycle training?

Cycle training refers to the technique that acknowledges that women have a period. And while it can be an unpleasant experience, periods are really important to the general health of women, and the menstrual cycle can actually be used to benefit athletes! 

And while you might not always be able to adjust your training as a competitive athlete, understanding what is happening in your body throughout the month helps you understand WHY you are performing the way you are.
