An easy way to mix things up and still get all the nutrients you need!
All toasts can be changed to contain the things you love!
Spread your favorite hummus on some whole wheat or swirl rye toast. Top it it off with avocado slices, sprinkled with feta and finished with salt & pepper
Whole wheat toast, french bread, or sourdough toast will do! Mash up half an avocado and spread it on your toast. Drizzle with olive oil, finish with salt, pepper and "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning.
Wanna get fancy? Add a basil pesto drizzle, some cherry tomato slices and a few red pepper flakes.
Grab some whole wheat or sour dough. Spread it with some avocado mash. Top with an egg, your style, salt, and pepper.
Need a little more flair? Throw on a tomato slice or a couple strips of bacon.
Toast of your choice! Add a layer of peanut butter, almond butter, or nutella. Alternate slices of strawberries and bananas. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
