Basic berry parfait
Mixed berries and granola, a spoonful of peanut or almond butter and finished with a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips.
On top of yogurt of your choice or blend as a smoothie using frozen berries instead of ice
Bananas, peanut or almond butter, dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, honey drizzle
Put it on top of yogurt or blend it into a smoothie!
Blend frozen mango, pineapple and banana into plain greek yogurt and regular or almond milk. Mix in some spinach (you wont even taste it!) and chia seeds. Blend thoroughly.
Serve as a regular smoothie or smoothie bowl topped with granola
